Tete The Tchuma Tchato Unit is Safrique's largest exclusive ecotourism area in Mozambique. It covers approximately 15,000 square kilometres. Its northern boundary is the expansive Lake Cabora Bassa and it stretches all the way south to the Zimbabwe border. The area is part of the Zambezi Valley and consists primarily of expansive Mopane forests with rivers criss-crossing throughout.
